Lincoln Crossing is in a great location. Located very near Hwy 65 on the very southern border of the City of Lincoln, it’s close to everything in the Rocklin and Roseville area. Over the last couple of years, “big box” stores and restaurants have moved in close to the development to make living there much more convenient.
In addition to the convenient location, property values here have really gone down since the beginning of the downturn and there are many, many great opportunities to get a near new home for a very good price. Associated with the development is Club Lincoln which is a recreation facility for the exclusive use of the people who own in the development.
