Sales Sluggish In Sun City Roseville
The last two weeks at Sun City Roseville have been a bit sluggish for real estate sales. Only 5 homes have changed hands in the last two weeks. This is not uncommon as folks are on vacation in the summer and buying does tend to be slower in July especially. August and September generally pick up.

Sun City Roseville Home Sales Report – 5/26 to 6/01
The Sun City Roseville community is just incredible. The way the Del Webb communities retain their value due to the captive audience they attract just adds a “cherry on top” to living in this great community.
Our current market has affected this community as with all markets in the Sacramento/Placer county regions but Del Webb communities are just more resilient to economic downturns than non Del Webb communities.
Sales have been slow this week. Currently, there are 42 homes for sale in Sun City Roseville, 12 sales pending and 2 homes have sold. Here are the sold listings this week:
