Typical Summer Slowdown

Home sales in Stanford Ranch, Rocklin have slowed down to a snails pace over the last 2 weeks.  Only 8 homes have closed escrow since the 29th of June.  That’s not many but is reflective of a time when most folks are vacationing.

August could pick up depending on the weather but it’s not typically a barn burning sales month.

Homes for Sale in Stanford Ranch

There is still an adequate number of homes available for sale, 77 homes as of this writing.  The selection is very nice but still seems a bit overpriced considering the pace of sales and the sales statistics.  I think there are still good opportunities to get a better than average deal in Stanford Ranch.
