The Potential Health Risks of Renovating Homes in Sacramento

Right now in Sacramento real estate, many people are buying foreclosed homes, renovating them and either moving in or renting them out.  The renovation of some of these homes could pose potential health risks for property owners especially if the home was constructed prior to 1980 and not previously renovated.
