They Just Don’t Get Old!

Just a little attention to detail..somebody please!! LOL

One of the funny things about these is that Realtors/agents are taught to sell the marketing power they use to sell homes.  One of the first things you’d think to get right is a picture set that clearly represents the home to be sold.

I don’t get that from any of these pics!!

I hate to bag on anyone but it’s just too easy!!

Worst MLS Photo of The Moment

So Is It Just Half A House For Sale??

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again…real estate agents are a different breed.  You know, whoever took this pic felt like they weren’t getting paid enough!  Or if they were they felt their income should be doubled..

“If you’re going to pay me half of what I’m worth then you’ll get half a photo!”

Do they even sell regular film camera’s anymore? Aren’t all camera’s digital pretty much?  I mean you had to be able to preview this before you drove away from the house, right? Oh well…the MLS is littered with photos like this.

It’s the market.  When you’ve got a seller who’s a lender, they don’t check up on things like they should and you get half assed attempts at professionalism.  I’ve learned to accept it.

At Least We Know the Address!

One of my clients sent this one to me in an email.  He wanted to get an idea what the exterior was like but this was the only exterior photo included with the listing.

Yep, this is it.  There were plenty of interior photos but this was the only exterior photo.

By Far, The Best Deal in Sacramento Real Estate!

While looking around the MLS this morning, I found this one.  Location, location, location!  Only $245,000!

I’m not sure if our governator is ready to move out just yet but it’s nice to know he’s not selling short or has been foreclosed upon!

“Open Says Me”

All I can do is chuckle to myself.

You know, I don’t search for these, they just find me.  And I’m glad they do because I get endless enjoyment from them.

Here is another exquisite marketing photo from our very own multiple listing service.  I find myself looking at it as if I were at the Louvre, getting lost in thought and the finally wondering out loud to myself “what does it mean?”

That said, it is a very nice door.  I bet it’s a better deal at Home Depot!

“For Sale – Fourplex in Sacramento”

This would be funny if it weren’t so sad!  LOL!  While looking for an investment property for a client of mine, I ran across this beautiful fourplex in Sacramento.

Where you ask?  Right there, can’t you see it?  This photo looks like it could be a golf course or a park.

I know there has to be a fourplex in there somewhere.  Amazing.  This is the lead photo and goes out to all of the real estate related internet sites throughout the world!  Am I the only agent who knows that?

Can You Say “Open House”?

Wow, two in one week.  That is a record for this category but I couldn’t resist this one either.  I mean, who is going to take a picture like this..did the camera just happen to click as it was falling off your arm?  And an open house sign no less.  Sheesh!
