QUICK STATS – Home Values In Rocklin Drop

4th Quarter of 2009 to 1st Quarter of 2010 Comparison

I know it’s a couple days short of the end of the first quarter but I thought it close enough to give a relatively accurate assessment of the changes in home values in the 95765 zip code of Rocklin.

I was surprised by what the numbers from our MLS, Metrolist Services, Inc. revealed.

Overall, 95765 has had an average drop of just over 5% in home values in the last 6 months according to the sold numbers in the MLS.

I wouldn’t expect this trend to continue over the remainder of the year but based on these findings, homes in Rocklin are one hell of a value right now.

The orange bars represent the 1st quarter numbers and the blue bars represent the 4th quarter numbers.  The table below gives the specific data that the graph above is based on.

While these numbers are accurate, each home in each neighborhood may come in slightly above or below these numbers.
