By Far, The Best Deal in Sacramento Real Estate!

While looking around the MLS this morning, I found this one.  Location, location, location!  Only $245,000!

I’m not sure if our governator is ready to move out just yet but it’s nice to know he’s not selling short or has been foreclosed upon!

   I think it’s assistants more than the agents. Everyone is doing the best they can with what they have. The post is really meant in a humorous spirit.

   I picked up on the humor. I laugh when I see pics like this in MLS. I’ve always wondered though why photos like this are used.
