I Join SellState Realty First In Rocklin

I’m delighted to announce that I’ve chosen to affiliate myself with SellState Realty First in Rocklin.

I’ve been considering the idea since spring and have finally made the move.  My decision was based on the following factors:

1)  The company is very progressive in their view of serving others in the real estate industry; agents and clients alike.

2)  The managing broker, Marguerite Crespillo, is very motivational, continues to work in real estate, follows the opportunity in the market very closely and alters her approach accordingly.

This is something EVERY Realtor needs to learn.

3)  The company is always looking for new ways to be more efficient at what they do.  For example, paper has all but been eliminated from the operation.  Most all files are handled electronically thus they could be called a “green” brokerage.

4)  The compensation plan is by far the best that I’ve seen in the region.

5)  I feel that it’s the best fit for how I run my business.

I don’t feel that the big brokerages are willing to understand the needs of their agents.  They have become too corporate and are far behind the technological power curve, so to speak.

That’s where companies like SellState Realty First excel.  They recognize the change in technology and apply it to benefit each and every client as well as each and every agent.

   Good Call Rob, I’m with a small brokerage and love the freedom it gives but also appreciate the genuine support I get as well. No doubt you may have to wear a few more hats, but you’re the man to do it. Best of Luck!

   Thanks Daniel. This is the first small brokerage I’ve ever been a part of so it’s a new experience for me.
