Worst MLS Photo of the Moment

“For Sale – Fourplex in Sacramento”

This would be funny if it weren’t so sad!  LOL!  While looking for an investment property for a client of mine, I ran across this beautiful fourplex in Sacramento.

Where you ask?  Right there, can’t you see it?  This photo looks like it could be a golf course or a park.

I know there has to be a fourplex in there somewhere.  Amazing.  This is the lead photo and goes out to all of the real estate related internet sites throughout the world!  Am I the only agent who knows that?

   Hey Pete!
   I feel sorry for the seller! LOL It does provide laugh at life though..I’m sure, with the inventory being so low right now that it will get sold regardless of the MLS picture.
