Home Sales Report – Sun City Roseville – 6/22 to 6/26

Just one home closed last week in Sun City Roseville.  I’ve been hearing and seeing the market is stabilizing but we will see what happens.  I don’t feel that our market is out of the woods yet despite the good news going around that we are appreciating in resale and that new homes have increased their prices a little.

The homes for sale, in pending sale and homes sold are just about the same at Sun City Roseville with exception to the price.  This is very good information in negotiating sales in this great community.

List Price: $344,930

Days on the Market: 126

Homes in Sale Pending

There are currently 12 homes in sale pending status.  The average home in sale pending looks like this:

Beds & Baths: 2 /2

Square Footage: 1659

List Price: $321,379 ($23,000 different than the homes currently on the market)

Days on the Market: 118

As usual, there is a remarkable degree of consistency in the market at Sun City Roseville.

   I love the information that you put out. It is a great mix of information that I think helps the consumer make an informed choice. Keep writing and posting the information. I learn something everytime.
