Do you think that part of the reason for that is the disparity in homes. My wife and I own I home in Roseville, but I know that only a few blocks away the homes sell for 25% less than the homes on my block. There are pockets all over Roseville where the prices are much higher area where they very low. Sometimes the low priced areas get hot a number of home sell, thus effecting the average home price.
