Over the last week, both Rocklin and Roseville were a little sluggish in sales. While it’s true that most home sales close in the last half of the month generally, February has started slowly for both cities.
Eight homes sold in all zip codes combined in Roseville over the last 7 days. Here are the stats:
The average days on the market was 62 days, all zips combined.
The average price per square foot was $143.11 on a square footage of 1843.
The sold price was 98.74% of the listing price. This is the “adjusted” list price and not the “original” list price.
The average sales price was $260,625 for a home that has just over 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and is about 1843 square feet.
