I got an email today from Jennifer Hilton, one of the sales consultants with Standard Pacific at the Monet development in Roseville.  They have a featured home that I thought looked like a good deal and I thought I’d pass it along.

They have a couple of financing options to chose from.  They look like this:

OR

1st year PITI, HOA & Mello Roos = $1359.00
2nd year = $1484.00

Makes sense, right?  Yeah..no.
