I have sold and manages sales people. The one constant in every market is that if you live by price you will die by price. I am encouraged by the fact that you have this blog and are creating content. Keep writing about the positive reasons to buy new. Create some reasons to buy from you that don't revolve around a "deal". You add value by your knowledge. Needs based selling never goes out of style.
